We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to meet organizational hiring needs with Oracle skill.Location : Noida, HyderabadKey Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (IT/Non-IT).• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, networking, and referrals.• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles based on job requirements.• Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates’ fit for the position.• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the entire interview process.• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.• Create and post job descriptions on different job boards.• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage multiple positions at once.• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.Preferred Skills• Experience in IT Recruitment, Oracle Skill.• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
