Responsibilities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, developing effective hiring strategies, enhancing the university’s employer branding, conducting interviews, and collaborating with leadership to address staffing needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategiesExpertise in Hiring and Interviewing techniquesStrong understanding of Employer Branding to promote the university as a leading workplaceExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple departments and adapt to a dynamic work environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in educational institutions preferred but not required
