Role Overview
As the VP of Sales , you will play a critical role in driving Nine Jewellery’s growth. You will lead the sales function, develop high-performing teams, and implement strategies to expand our reach in domestic and international markets. This role requires a visionary leader with the ability to align sales strategies with the brand’s unique positioning in the jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify new opportunities to showcase Nine Jewellery’s unique offerings in Open Setting Polki Jewellery .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, distributors, and partners.
Sales Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team across multiple geographies.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and encourage continuous learning within the team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Revenue & Market Growth
- Expand the brand’s domestic and international presence through innovative sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with product launches and promotions.
- Explore strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand’s foothold in emerging markets.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage analytics and market trends to make informed sales decisions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and market insights to the executive team.
- Continuously optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international jewellery markets, especially in the luxury segment.
- Expertise in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
