Role AppleTech is a CMMI Level 3 organization providing IT consulting and software development services to clients across the globe. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Product Analyst to work on clould based applications.

Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way.
Partner with Product Managers to develop detailed software requirements that are readily accepted by the development team.
5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
~ Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria using given-when-then format.
~ Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
~ Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
High proficiency in technical writing
Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
Extensive experience with data visualization
Proficiency with SQL and database management would be a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
