Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting research, analysing data, and preparing reports that provide insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour. The ideal candidate should have strong critical thinking skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in data analysis and research methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather data from various sources, including industry reports, market research, and customer feedback.
- Must have experience in Data mining and should be able to provide product development insights based on market trends and market growth.
- Experience of market research tools and competitive intelligence tools for data collection for example Semrush, tableau, SPSS.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and patterns and draw insights that inform business decisions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations that effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research objectives and ensure research aligns with business goals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in research methodology.
- Maintain databases and tracking systems to manage research projects.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, economics, or business.
- 5+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research methods.
