We are looking for a Sr. Analyst/ Lead Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of analysts and will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have the below-mentioned responsibilities:


Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research, including in-depth market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the industry and derive actionable insights
  • Analyze competitive landscapes, including competitor strategies around go-to-market, expansion plans, and internal operations

Data Analysis:

  • Gather from extensive primary and secondary research (including the use of databases)
  • Extract meaningful insights and build a compelling story around the business problem

Report Writing:

  • Prepare detailed research reports and presentations, summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Communicate with all the stakeholders to manage their expectations and ensure smooth interactions throughout the project lifecycle

Project Management and Team Leadership:

  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting the agreed deadlines
  • Guide junior researchers, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, and consulting only
  • Proven track record in conducting in-depth market research, developing complex market sizing methodologies and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional storyboarding skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
