We're Hiring: Application Engineer – LFP Battery (L5)Department: ER OEM Sales (Lithium)Location Options: Delhi, Noida, Pune, Kolkata, IndoreExperience: 2–4 years (EV / ESS / Powertrain / Battery domain preferred)Reports To: Sr. EngineerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Application Engineer to support our LFP battery product line for L5 applications. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, work closely with OEMs, assist in field integration, and ensure successful deployment of LFP battery systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport integration of LFP batteries with motor controllers , including CAN analysis, diagnostics, and troubleshooting .Provide on-site technical support to OEM partners during vehicle testing and field issue resolution.Collaborate with the R&D team by sharing field insights and suggesting improvements to enhance product performance.Prepare, maintain, and update all technical documentation, reports, and field logs .Conduct OEM visits for training, installation support, and product performance reviews .Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer technical issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.Technical Skills RequiredStrong understanding of LFP battery chemistry and EV energy systems.Hands-on experience with BMS, CAN tools, and EV system fundamentals .Experience in battery integration with motor controllers and chargers .Soft SkillsStrong communication and presentation abilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good customer handling, coordination, and documentation skills.QualificationsB.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or EV Engineering.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Successful LFP battery integrations.Turnaround time for issue resolution.Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.Quality and accuracy of documentation & reporting.Reduction in field failures and recurring issues.Interested candidates can share their resume at:
