Head of Distribution

1. Handle a team of Cluster Managers, Branch Managers, Relationship Managers & Dealers. 2. Identify & Develop new streams for long term revenue growth for Investment Products, Mutual fund, PMS, Private Equity, Bonds, Insurance (GI & LI) etc. 3. Identify clients or prospects and determine the services, products and combination that will best serve and address the client/prospects objectives.
4. Responsible and accountable for development of new business from an agreed target pipeline.
5. Prepare fortnightly/monthly/quarterly reports to the internal stakeholders for performance review.
6. Build relationship with clients for expanded and new business opportunity through cross-sell & up-sell
7. Experience in developing plans for strategic marketing products distribution and building recommendation roadmaps for appropriate sales channels
8. Acquisition of new Clients by tracking Affluent & Super Affluent Client segment in the market
9. Advising Affluent clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients
10. To research, investigate and update them on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into clients' portfolios.
11. To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients as per their financial requirement.
12. Recruiting, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, operations and meeting of individual & group targets. Conducting meetings for setting up objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales and operations.
