Responsibilities –❏ Reports to the Installation Manager.❏ Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.❏ Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.❏ Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.❏ Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.❏ Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.❏ Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.❏ Adherence to System & Process from time to time.❏ Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.❏ Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.Skills & Experience-❏ Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.❏ Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.❏ Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.❏ Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.- ❏ Working days- 6 days per weekProject Management, Site Inspections, Site Engineering
