You’re equal parts hunter, partner, and brand custodian.

Acquire new clients via referrals, inbound leads, and networking that doesn’t feel like networking.
Close deals, negotiate commercials, and ensure smooth, seamless onboarding.
Manage onboarded brands like they’re your own; Be the brand custodian for existing clients; building roadmaps, spotting opportunities, and driving business + creative impact.
Focus on client experience; 7+ years of advertising/digital experience, with a mix of business development, client servicing, and brand management.
~ Experience in a similar agency-side role (preferred) - you get the pace, the people, and the client mindset.
~ Proven ability to grow accounts and manage brands strategically.
~ you can handle the nitty-gritty while planning the long game.
~ You’ll be SoCheers growth driver and brand partner in the South - bringing in clients, managing their journeys, and growing their brands with us.
