Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop insights and support ad-hoc analysis for different level of audience
- Convert unstructured data into business information
- Collect data from various sources, structure unstructured data, and transform it into meaningful business information
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose visualizations
- Understand business processes, source systems, and connect them for analysis
- Develop documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and user training materials
- Support regular generation of standard reports and scheduled jobs
Requirement
- Degree holder in business analytics, mathematics, computing, or a related discipline
- 5 years working experience on data/business analyst
- Profound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Python, VBA, BI tools, RPA, SharePoint, O365 apps, database design, and metadata
- Ability to analyze data statistically, present key findings, and articulate recommendations
- Capability to transform data into business insights using storytelling techniques and visualization tools like PowerPoint
- Creativity in designing and implementing data visualization pages
- Experience in system design and implementation and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented approach
- Good communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong common sense and business acumen
- A solid understanding of business processes and the interdependencies of data
