Location: Bengaluru | Full-Time | RemoteAffluense.ai is building the world’s most advanced AI-powered affluent intelligence platform , helping businesses discover, understand, and engage High Net Worth Individuals through real-time data and deep profiling. We are backed by Zeropearl VC , Kunal Shah (CRED) , and Pravin Jadhav (Dhan) .We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong fundamentals and curiosity to work directly with the founders on key ML models powering our platform.ResponsibilitiesBuild, validate, and optimize core machine learning models , including supervised and unsupervised algorithms.Develop models for entity matching, classification, clustering, anomaly detection, and predictive scoring (e.g., wealth scoring).Work on LLM-powered data extraction , enrichment, and text understanding (if experienced).Design and maintain feature engineering pipelines across structured and unstructured datasets.Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production at scale.Continuously experiment with new techniques to improve accuracy, coverage, and inference efficiency.Work with real-world data challenges — noisy data, incomplete information, entity resolution, and cross-source matching.RequirementsSelf starter and self motivated with deep curiosity and motivation to learn.Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and linear algebra .Solid experience with supervised & unsupervised ML (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Ensemble methods, etc.).Hands-on experience in Python , Pandas , scikit-learn , and basic ML Ops.Ability to independently build, test, and tune models end-to-end.Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain) is a strong plus , but not mandatory.Prior experience in data-focused startups, finance, or intelligence systems is a plus.Budget for the role: 4-8 Lakhs (Cash+Esop)Note:You can apply on the form given below.
