Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for Normality Technologies and its clients across social media, email, search engines, and other digital channels.
Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversions, ROI) for campaigns and generate actionable insights to enhance effectiveness.
Perform SEO optimization for websites and campaigns to improve organic reach and search rankings.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
Manage and grow the social media presence for Normality Technologies and its clients, ensuring strong engagement and follower growth.
Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor digital performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC) for both Normality Technologies and client projects on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative approaches for both in-house and client campaigns.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints, aligning with organizational and client goals.
Qualifications and Skills
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, delivering results for both in-house and client initiatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create reports with actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a passion for crafting innovative digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
