We have an excellent opportunity for the role of Delivery Leader - Manager Services (Fusion & EBIZ).
Below are the Job Details :
Job Location : Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire Managed Services lifecycle, from service transition to ongoing support and continuous service improvement
Setting the vision for regional delivery, executing an effective operating model, assuring team cohesion / performance and developing capability / skills as required
Providing Thought Leadership to explore opportunities that will mature our service portfolio, provide added value to our customers and establish long-term partnerships
Implement service delivery strategies and standards that align with industry best practices (ITIL, ISO etc.)
Managing delivery capabilities in line with an agreed budget, headcount and associated service delivery obligations and objectives
Ensuring contractual obligations including stringent SLA adherence are met with changes made as required via appropriate governance controls
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, actively managing expectations and proactively communicating potential issues
Manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards
Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
Support new business opportunities and account growth within existing customers for Managed Services
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of professionals
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing IT services delivery teams
Experience of owning & delivering Oracle Fusion and Ebiz Application Managed Services
Proven track record of success in a Managed Services environment with both onshore & offshore delivery
Strong understanding of ITIL and other relevant service delivery methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Financial acumen and budget management experience
Experience in supporting new business & account growth
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Strong influential personality with effective negotiating skills
Ability to shape, adapt and improve processes
