Sales and marketing associate

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis to inform tailored marketing strategies.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies aimed at meeting sales targets.
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other channels.
Data Management: Maintain and update sales/marketing databases, track campaign progress, and prepare reports.
Product Promotion: Support the organization and promotion of company products and services through various marketing channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Recent graduate (any discipline) who is highly motivated and self-driven.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare well-structured reports and deliver professional presentations.
Interpersonal Skills: Confidence and ease in reaching out to industry professionals, building relationships, and expanding professional networks.
Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and other research or analytics tools is an advantage.
