Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices.
  • Implement front-end and back-end components using modern technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues and propose solutions to address them.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend integration of new tools and frameworks to improve development processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of deliverables through testing and automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
