Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices.
Implement front-end and back-end components using modern technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug issues and propose solutions to address them.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend integration of new tools and frameworks to improve development processes.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.
Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of deliverables through testing and automation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
