The Customer Support Specialist will handle inquiries and issues from clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting customer concerns, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The role also involves leveraging analytical skills to identify and resolve problems and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction techniquesFluent in English(American accent is must)Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clientsExperience in Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issuesAnalytical Skills to assess problems and implement effective solutionsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPrevious experience in customer support for american citizen is mustAnswer inbound telephone calls as well as customer inquiries in other channels (email, chat, SMS) as needed in a courteous, timely, and professional manner following established guidelines and policiesMake outbound calls as necessary based on business needsExperience in US Mortgage domain is preferrable.
