Job Title: ServiceNow Workflow Specialist – FMCG Domain Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for a ServiceNow Workflow Specialist with strong FMCG domain knowledge and expertise in SKU creation workflows. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo, along with supporting existing Skelta BPM workflows.

Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.

Lead workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support.

Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.

Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience.

~ Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.

~ Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).

~ Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.

~ Knowledge of Data.ServiceNow/MDM certifications.

Understanding of data governance and stewardship.
