We’re hiring a Manager – NPD (Chillers/HVAC) to lead new product development for our advanced cooling solutions portfolio based in Mumbai. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end design and development of commercial chillers (Air Cooled / Water Cooled) — from concept and engineering validation to final product readiness. Lead NPD projects across the chiller product line, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional coordination. • Ensure full compliance with mechanical, thermal, and energy-efficiency standards (ASHRAE, BIS, ECBC, BEE). • Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to translate designs into successful first-time production. • Conduct DFM/DFA/DFS reviews and continuously improve design quality and scalability. • Leverage simulation and rating tools (HTRI, UNILBA, PV-Elite, Compress) for thermal and mechanical design. 9+ years of experience in chiller or HVAC product design & development. • Strong grasp of compressor systems, oil management, and heat exchanger design. • Mechanical engineering qualification (B.Tech/M.If you’re passionate about engineering innovation and building energy-efficient cooling systems, we’d love to connect.
