We are hiring a Lab Assistant to support our R&D team in the daily preparation and execution of experiments. This role is hands-on and operational perfect for someone with a background in microbiology, biotechnology, agriculture, food tech, or life sciences who wants to work in an applied sustainability startup.

Support the R&D team in lab and pilot-scale experiments.
Assist in preparation, handling, and monitoring of biological materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and contamination control in the lab.
Perform other lab or production-related tasks as assigned.

ITI in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Life Sciences, or related fields . (Freshers welcome if willing to learn.)
Prior hands-on lab or farm experience is preferred (substrates, fermentation, mushroom cultivation, QC checks).
Comfort with manual/physical tasks (lifting bags, cleaning equipment, handling substrate).
Interest in sustainability, biomaterials, or biotech applications is a plus.

Salary/Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (depending on skills and experience).
