About Cosasco:Cosasco has been a global leader in corrosion monitoring since 1950, serving industries like oil & gas, petrochemical, water treatment, chemical, pulp & paper, and pharmaceuticals. We design and manufacture advanced corrosion monitoring systems and equipment, including sensors, probes, access systems, and integrated software solutions.Role Objective:We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our newly formed support hub. This role involves managing project orders, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring timely and high-quality project execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Project Execution- Assist with the execution of projects post-purchase order (PO) placement.- Collaborate with Engineering and Suppliers to determine project specifications based on product design and customer requirements.- Collaborate with senior engineers to define project goals and objectives.Project Coordination- Monitor and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and coordinating customer activities.- Work closely with project teams to ensure the project life cycle is managed properly.- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.Documentation Management- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring timely updates and submissions.- Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain inspection criteria for project orders.- Maintain documentation through ERP systems for proper tracking.Technical Assistance- Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring their requirements are met.- Provide technical support to project teams and address engineering-related queries.- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.Project Meetings- Attend project kick-off meetings to understand expectations and objectives.- Attend meetings with cross-functional teams and support project execution.- Attend meetings with customers as required.Delivery Management- Track, monitor, and report project deliverables monthly to senior management.Customer Service- Uphold a high level of customer service by meeting expectations on all project deliverables.Cross-Functional Support- Support various areas of the business as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach.Qualifications:- BE/B. Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.- Certification in Project Engineering or Management is a plus.Experience:- 3 + years in project roles, preferably in process instrumentation or corrosion monitoring.- Strong understanding of refinery/Oil & Gas sector instrumentation and corrosion management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Attributes:- Customer-focused mindset.- Willingness to travel within India and occasionally to the US.- Flexibility to work staggered hours to align with global teams.Core Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication.- Engineering and project management expertise.- Ability to work independently and under pressure.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
