Engineer - Project Engineering

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our newly formed support hub. This role involves managing project orders, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring timely and high-quality project execution. Project Execution
Assist with the execution of projects post-purchase order (PO) placement.
Collaborate with Engineering and Suppliers to determine project specifications based on product design and customer requirements.
Collaborate with senior engineers to define project goals and objectives.
#Project Coordination
Monitor and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and coordinating customer activities.
Work closely with project teams to ensure the project life cycle is managed properly.
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
#Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring timely updates and submissions.
Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain inspection criteria for project orders.
Maintain documentation through ERP systems for proper tracking.
#Provide technical support to project teams and address engineering-related queries.
Project Meetings
Attend project kick-off meetings to understand expectations and objectives.
Attend meetings with cross-functional teams and support project execution.
Track, monitor, and report project deliverables monthly to senior management.
#Uphold a high level of customer service by meeting expectations on all project deliverables.
#BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
Certification in Project Engineering or Management is a plus.
Experience:
~3 + years in project roles, preferably in process instrumentation or corrosion monitoring.
~ Strong understanding of refinery/Oil & Gas sector instrumentation and corrosion management.
~ Willingness to travel within India and occasionally to the US.
Engineering and project management expertise.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
