Your Role
As an MES Implementation Consultant , you’ll help clients bring our platform to life in their manufacturing processes. From understanding their needs to going live, you’ll guide them every step of the way, ensuring smooth and effective implementation while meeting industry standards.
What You’ll Do
Project Management
- Lead MES implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and risks.
- Deliver on project milestones while keeping everything on track.
Client Collaboration
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and processes.
- Be their go-to person throughout the project.
- Conduct workshops to align our platform with their operations.
Solution Design & Integration
- Design MES workflows tailored to the client’s needs.
- Integrate MES with systems like SAP, LIMS, DMS, or WMS.
- Set up configurations, master data, and user roles.
Testing & Training
- Develop and run test cases to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, GMP).
- Conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) and fix issues quickly.
- Train client teams on how to use the platform effectively.
Post-Implementation Support
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
- Collect feedback to improve both our platform and processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. A background in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
- Experience :
- 3–5 years in MES or enterprise system implementation, preferably in pharma or manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like SAP or LIMS is a bonus.
- Skills :
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Certifications : PMP, Six Sigma, or MES-specific certifications are a nice-to-have.
