Key Responsibilities
Drive adoption and sales of the AI-driven patient education and engagement product among hospitals and clinic networks.
Expand market presence and increase reach within the healthcare sector.
Scale the team progressively, aligning hiring with revenue growth.
Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies tailored to client needs.
Facilitate and participate in key industry events, including product rollouts, trade shows, conferences, training sessions, and live demonstrations.
Build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients and strategic business partners.
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and the company.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by closing deals in alignment with company objectives.
Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and align with market demands.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue and track business development performance.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and build a network of potential leads.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a role where one was enabling clinics and hospitals
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
Network and relationships in hospitals, clinic chains, and health insurance would be an added advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with selling SaaS solutions, including understanding of subscription models and cloud-based platforms will be an added advantage
Sales & Communication:
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to convey complex technical solutions in a way that resonates with business stakeholders.
Market Understanding:
Strong knowledge of the India healthcare ecosystem, including key industries and regulatory environments.
Proven ability to execute sales strategies in the local market and establish a strong foothold.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a high-growth environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management.
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
