About the Role- We seek a dynamic and creative SNS Marketing Designer to join our team. If you are passionate about digital design, and social media, and have a keen interest in the Korean culture and recruitment industry, this role is for you
Your main responsibilities will include designing compelling visual content and assisting with marketing strategies to boost our online presence.
EXPERIENCE
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and write compelling content for social media that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to develop cohesive and innovative content strategies.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s style, quality, and tone of voice, optimized for user experience and search.
Upload, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
Proficient in English.
Strong experience in graphic design or content creation, particularly for social media. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
A genuine interest in Korean culture and/or the recruitment industry.
Prior experience in design roles with a portfolio of work; additional experience in social media or marketing is preferred.
Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about developing new ideas.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field is preferred.
