About the role:

An owner and custodian of how we bring our brand and product promise to life, for our target audiences.

Leading a team of thinkers and doers, who can inspire others while taking our creative output to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate should have a natural eye for great copy & design, and be an insightful creator of ideas.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of graphic designers, copywriters, social-media managers, videographers, for all creative work in-app, & for digital and social media marketing
  • Plan the calendar basis short and long term objective of the business, for all creative work items around product & brand marketing
  • Leading all brainstorming sessions with copy & social media team, working on consumer insights/actionables to carve our strategic initiatives
  • Mentor a team of designers, social media managers, illustrators, copywriters etc, because that is what helps all of us to move forward
  • Review /Approve all art and copy work done in-house, ensuring quality and timely delivery of all marketing deliverables
  • Creating & producing innovative work that evoke conversations around brand and product, with consistent focus on brand promise reaching out to larger audiences
  • Carve out the creative and content strategy, with an execution plan keeping business metrics in mind
  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape

Must Have Skills:

  • Proven experience as a creative lead or director or in a similar creative role
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development

Candidate Persona :

  • Go getter
  • Bias for action : find your way & move forward.
  • Good understanding of cross-functional domains like Product, Design, Growth & Brand Marketing
