As a pivotal member of our team, your role will be instrumental in the ongoing service and installation of automatic fire detection and suppression systems(AFDSS) on Construction, Mining, Port equipment, trucks, and buses. Preferably, you will have experience installing and commissioning auto fire suppression systems on vehicles only.Main tasks and responsibilitiesCarry out installations on Trucks, construction equipment, and mining equipment.Carry out annual checks on AFDSS systems at the customer's premises according to instructions.Carry out service on systems at the customer's premises according to instructions.Increasing customer contacts via visits or phoneParticipate in the planning for the department business meetingsProvide suggestions for improvementBe responsible for ensuring that warehouse and service equipment are in good condition.Orders for warehouseOther responsibilities and powers:Assess installations and document them according to specified requirementsAssess the status of installed systems in vehicles/equipmentImplement planned or emergency measures on installed systemsResponsible for customer communication in the field for technical supportMake emergency decisions about replanning and notify the Service ManagerProduct safety: Service/installations are carried out according to the service/installation manualCustomer requirements: Report errors according to the deviation routine.Personal qualities:1. Structured - working systematically2. Technology Interest - Understanding Technical Problems3. Self-propelled - to plan one's daily workQualificationsDiploma in mechanical/ automobile, ITI fitter/ Diesel Mechanicwell version with fire safety, installations of AFDSS and working knowledge of construction and mining equipment.Willing to travel across India and also, in case of emergency, 24/7 support
