This is a high-engagement role that requires aproactive and results-driven individual who can handle a large volume of studentinteractions daily (120–150 quality counselling calls) and consistently meetmonthly and intake-specific targets.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the UK education landscape and asuccessful track record of guiding students through the admission process, from initialinterest to final enrolment.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel and guide prospective students for higher education in the UK through120–150 outbound calls per day.Maintain a conversion rate of at least 25%, ensuring a strong follow-upmechanism and timely closures.Provide personalized counselling to students, helping them choose the best-fituniversities and courses based on their profiles and preferences.Stay up-to-date with the latest UK university application processes andscholarship opportunities.Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets aligned with business goals.Maintain comprehensive case notes and track all leads and conversions via CRMtools.Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance student experience andoptimize counselling effectiveness.Share best practices with junior counsellors and contribute to team trainingefforts if required.RequirementsStrong knowledge of the UK higher education system, application timelines,and admission criteria across a broad range of institutions.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding student conversion targetsin a performance-driven environment.Comfortable managing a high volume of student engagements daily in astructured, efficient, and professional manner.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer tools (MS Office, GoogleWorkspace, etc.).Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a student-first approach.What We OfferA high-energy, performance-oriented work environment.The opportunity to work with one of the leading names in overseas education.Career growth based on performance and results.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.The chance to make a real difference in students’ academic journeys.Freshers can apply.
