What is this role about?
We are looking for an extraordinary Senior Product Manager to change how children are introduced to the world of technology & future skills. BrightChamps, the fastest growing edtech company out there, aims to equip every child with cutting-edge skills for the 21st century. As we rapidly expand our footprint across the globe, we're searching for a product manager who can elevate our customer experience to new heights while ensuring that every student's learning journey is both impactful and engaging.
Your mission will be to enhance customer retention by crafting strategies that resonate deeply with our diverse global user base, driving sustained engagement, loyalty, and learning outcomes. If you’re passionate about transforming education, you could be exactly who we need.
This role demands a dynamic mix of creativity and analytical prowess, where you'll be expected to innovate while staying data-driven. You’ll take a hands-on approach to addressing retention challenges, navigating the complexities of different geographies, and ensuring that our brand leaves a lasting impact on every student and parent. By enhancing our product's value and driving customer satisfaction, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our EdTech success story.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll:
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience (CX) across our student learning platform
Utilise your expertise in customer retention and learning experiences to elevate the life-time value of our customers
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver app experiences that captivate users, particularly in online video conferencing and learning environments.
Ensure our service delivery meets the highest standards, providing seamless and high-quality support that keeps our customers engaged and satisfied.
To win, you will need:
Proven experience in customer retention within edtech, with strong stakeholder management and strategic alignment skills.
Success in delivering engaging online learning experiences while leading small product teams.
Expertise in high-quality service delivery and customer support, driving exceptional satisfaction.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Effective stakeholder management and team collaboration.
