We are hiring for a Functional Head Credit role for one of our client company.Location- Delhi/ MumbaiQualification - CA or MBA Finance from reputed B-SchoolFunctional Skills:18-20 years with relevant industry exposure.Strong experience of handling Credit function in Banking or NBFC is essential.Should have led the function for a minimum of 2 yearsIn-Depth understanding of Credit policy/processes in Lending/Lease products.Risk Professional with 15 + years of experienceHave managed portfolio comprising of SME and Corporate clientsExposure to multiple asset classes – Automobile, equipment, real estate etcExposure to leasing is preferable.Understanding of ECL / loss modelsManaged geographically spread teamsExposure to new age underwriting / assessment tools and technologyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.Sound understanding of technological advancements and digital tools used in credit underwriting and risk management.Past experience of handling large and senior team.Technical Skills:Understanding of Lending normsKnowledge of CIBIL.
