We are hiring for a Functional Head Credit role for one of our client company.

Location- Delhi/ Mumbai

  • Qualification - CA or MBA Finance from reputed B-School

Functional Skills:

  • 18-20 years with relevant industry exposure.
  • Strong experience of handling Credit function in Banking or NBFC is essential.
  • Should have led the function for a minimum of 2 years
  • In-Depth understanding of Credit policy/processes in Lending/Lease products.
  • Risk Professional with 15 + years of experience
  • Have managed portfolio comprising of SME and Corporate clients
  • Exposure to multiple asset classes – Automobile, equipment, real estate etc
  • Exposure to leasing is preferable.
  • Understanding of ECL / loss models
  • Managed geographically spread teams
  • Exposure to new age underwriting / assessment tools and technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Sound understanding of technological advancements and digital tools used in credit underwriting and risk management.
  • Past experience of handling large and senior team.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of Lending norms

Knowledge of CIBIL.
