Title: AWS DevOps Engineer

Location : Indore, Noida, Gurugram, Pune and Bengaluru

Type : Full-Time

Description: We are expanding our stellar engineering team to lead our customers through their most critical digital transformation journey, including cloud strategy, migrating from legacy systems, and application modernization through its products and services. We are looking for someone who has experience working with Cloud DevOps Engineer technologies.

Qualifications:

· Fluent in one Scripting languages (Perl, Python, Shell).

· Good experience on working in UNIX and/or Linux and/or Windows environment.

· Good hands-on experience in Cloud technology (AWS/Azure/GCP).

· Good knowledge of cloud concepts like networking, security, monitoring, instances.

· Hands on experience in cloud deployment and automation using Cloudformation, Terraform etc.

· Hands on experience with build tools like Maven, ANT, Gradle.

· Hands on experience with CI tools like Jenkins/Bamboo.

· Knowledge on Jenkins security, user management, upgrade, back up etc.

· Ability to create Jenkins jobs, build pipelines, code quality integration like Sonar etc.

· Experience in integrating code quality, test automation tools with CI.

· Knowledge of Jenkins plugins.

· Expert in using automated deployment tools like Ansible, chef, puppet. Hands on experience with deployment automation in previous projects.

· Hands on experience on working with GIT based systems - branching, tagging, merging.

· Hands on experience with container-based technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are mandatory.

· Experience of working with Java based applications - Java/J2EE, Spring, Web services.

· Understanding of RDBMS - Oracle/SQL server/MySQL. Ability to create users/schema/populate data/simple queries for data retrieval.

· Knowledge about release management.

· Good knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies

· Should have experience on Product Development/Maintenance/Production Support experience in a support organization.

· Should have a good understanding of services business for fortune 1000 from the operations point of view.

· Ability to read, understand and communicate complex technical information.

· Ability to express ideas in an organized, articulate, and concise manner.

· Ability to face stressful situation with positive attitude.

· Should have a specialty certification on cloud (DevOps, security etc.)

Technical Skills:

· AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Scripting, Linux, Jenkins, Git, Devops.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Set up cloud infrastructure as per best practices.

· Performance cloud deployments and monitoring.

· Set up CI tools and manage CI jobs/pipelines.

· Should be aware of CI best practices and related tools.

· Should be ready to work in 24X7 rotational shifts.

· Create/manage CI jobs.

· Release management and planning.

· Git management.

· Automate application deployment, code deployment using Chef/Ansible/Puppet.

· Create automation scripts for day-to-day routine activities.

· Work closely with engineering team and support team.

· Contribute to improve the efficiency of the assignment by quality improvements & innovative suggestions.

· Should be able to debug/create scripts for automation.

· Contribute to developing a knowledge base on collaboration with other team members.

· Maintain customer loyalty through Integrity and accountability
