CHIEF RESPONSIBILITIES· Carry out due diligence for large corporate customers (large companies, listed/unlisted)· In-depth financial analysis, business model review, management risk analysis· Working on cashflow based excel models, Analyzing cashflows and WC· Review of annual reports, borrower/promoter background· Review of term sheets/sanction letters and suggest terms to be incorporated in the same for both fundbased and non-fund based products· Review of Credit notes and guide team in analysis, decision making· Interaction with various stakeholders (internal and external) for review of such customers· Review of internal rating of customers and assign rating· Review Early warning triggers· Prepare recommendation notes and recommend proposals to top management· Involvement in Management level meetings/discussion· Up-to-date with industry dynamics and changing environment· Keep up to date with various RBI circulars critical from wholesale lending perspective· Adherence to
