About the Role:

SISYA CLASS is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk hiring, exceptional networking skills, and expertise in leveraging job portals and platforms like LinkedIn for recruitment. This role is critical to building and managing a high-performing workforce as we scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for various roles, including teachers, mentors, and operational staff.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.


Networking and Sourcing:

  • Build and maintain a vast pool of connections across job portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
  • Actively engage with potential candidates and professional groups to maintain a talent pipeline.


Onboarding and Employee Engagement:

  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.


HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide guidance on best HR practices and maintain up-to-date employee records.


Performance Management:

  • Assist in developing KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Work with department heads to align employee goals with organizational objectives.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR roles, specifically in the EdTech or education industry.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in bulk hiring and recruitment tools.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
