It brings together enterprises, network service, cloud and IT providers to give customers and partners a key connectivity gateway to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.Role OverviewThe Senior Manager Projects - Electrical SME will lead the end-to-end electrical design, execution, and commissioning of large-scale, mission-critical data centre developments across India. This role is central to delivering high-voltage substations, DG systems, UPS configurations, and integrated control platforms — with safety and operational readiness. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership presence, driving project excellence from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities▪ Own complete electrical scope across the project lifecycle — from concept design to handover & Lead, project teams through the execution of data centre construction▪ Lead the design review, engineering validation, and execution strategy for all HV/LV systems▪ Electrical equipment sizing validations, Discrimination study, coordination of various equipment inputs and aligning power schemes▪ Expertise in UPS, reliable power systems, operational RCAs of power systems & familiarity with EHV systems▪ Lead the preparation of technical bid documents, perform TBEs, and provide technical support during the commercial negotiations▪ Drive - planning, scheduling, and control of project deliverables within time, cost, and quality benchmarks▪ Design optimisation and value engineering to enhance efficiency and sustainability▪ Oversee material inspection, FATs, SATs, and integrated system testing (IST) to ensure full compliance▪ Integrate innovative power management, automation, and predictive monitoring solutions▪ Ensure statutory compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and CEIG/distribution authorities▪ Integrate innovative power management, automation, and predictive monitoring solutions▪ Collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical, Civil, Operations, Procurement, and EHS teams▪ Drive lessons-learned processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal standards▪ Localise and implement established data centre standards▪ Manage and administer supply, construction, and design contracts▪ Prepare, track, and maintain detailed project programs▪ Develop detailed cost plans, manage costs, and provide accurate forecasting▪ Oversee and implement commissioning management plans▪ Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety in construction and design activitiesPreferred CandidateEducation▪ Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field▪ Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related advanced qualification; certifications such as PMP, CDCP, or ATD Prince2, or equivalentExperience▪ Required: 8–12 years of experience in project management or construction management with a focus on large-scale data centre, IT infrastructure, or complex construction projectsSkills▪ Technically strong, delivery-oriented, and performance-driven▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills▪ Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines concurrently▪ Analytical and problem-solving mindset with focus on delivery excellence▪ Technical understanding of data centre construction, electrical/mechanical systems, and commissioning processes▪ High ethical standards with a relentless focus on safety and quality.
