Job Description :
Prior experience in international voice process and knowledge in Motor Claims
Assessment of indemnity and liability of Motor Claims
Payment of claim
Analysis of own damage and Third-Party liability claims
Pro-active handling and settling of claims.
Identification of potentially fraudulent case
Work and communicate with Gardai / investigators ascertaining information whether case is a mark for recovery.
Management of overall Recoveries claims portfolio and handles all claims are processed within the service levels
Experience in a Motor claims handling customer facing role or similar customer facing role
Excellent English language skills – both inbound and outbound calls added
Quick decision making
Logical and analytical reasoning
