JS & Sons Logistics — Moving your world forward.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a HR Generalist located in Gurugram, Haryana. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with proven experience in the U.S. logistics industry. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics workforce dynamics and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-state operational environment.Key Responsibilities:Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and logistics industry standards.Support recruitment efforts for corporate roles; coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation.Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records and reporting.Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate training programs related to safety, compliance, and professional development.Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and third-party providers.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in the U.S. logistics or transportation industry.Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:Communication Skills should be excellent.
