Senior Oracle Admin - GoldenGate & RACLocation : BangaloreMode: HybridWork Schedule:- Shift Timing: UK Shift – 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST- On-Call Rotation: Required as part of support coverageCustomer is currently seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with a strong background in production support to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle DBA roles, with expertise in Data Guard, Oracle GoldenGate, and Backup/Restore operations.Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive production support for Oracle databases.- Manage and maintain Data Guard configurations for high availability and disaster recovery.- Implement and support Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication.- Perform regular backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity and availability.- Handle Business-As-Usual (BAU) support activities including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.- Work independently and take full ownership of the assigned shift.Work Mode:- Hybrid Model: 3 days working from the Bangalore officeCandidate Requirements:- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle DBA in a production environment- Strong knowledge of Data Guard, GoldenGate, and backup/restore strategies- Ability to work independently and manage shift responsibilities- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Good to have automation experience
