This is a B2B sales internship—ideal for early-career professionals (0–2 years) with a passion for sales and relationship-building. You’ll be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, identifying, pitching, and onboarding potential franchise partners.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage prospects through inbound leads, cold calls, emails, social media.Present Rebel Foods’ franchise model—financials, training, support, and operations.Manage end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, qualifying, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.Facilitate onboarding: coordinate with internal teams, kitchen layout planning, vendor setup, and launch readiness.Track progress and maintain franchise pipeline dashboards.Build long-term relationships with franchise partners, ensuring satisfaction.Support sales and marketing campaigns targeted at franchise growth.Qualifications & SkillsGraduate or MBA with 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.Comfortable with cold outreach (calls/emails).Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.️ Learning & Growth OpportunitiesGain hands-on B2B sales experience in a high-growth food-tech scale-up.Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Receive mentorship in sales strategy, client pitching, deal management, and franchise operations.Strong potential for a full-time role post-internship based on performance.Why This Role is ExcitingYou get to play a direct role in Rebel Foods’ expansion strategy—an opportunity to influence real business outcomes.B2B sales in franchising offers a unique blend of consulting, relationship management, and negotiation.Ideal launchpad for a long-term sales or business development career within the food-tech and franchise ecosystem.The Rebel CultureFinally, but most importantly, Rebel is not your usual workplace.The following slides will give you a sense of our culture, how Rebel conducts itself and who willbe the best fit for our company.
