About the Role:

As a Senior Brand Manager within our Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our pharmaceutical brands being commercialized in the EU and US. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative brand strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand tactics in partnership with Marketers in the EU and US that position our products effectively in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional COE teams to ensure brand alignment across all marketing channels to support developing and executing COE projects.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the execution of channel plans, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and promotions through the COE.
  • Monitor brand performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources in partnership with the EU and US marketing heads.

Product Launches:

  • Lead the development and execution of successful product launch assets through the COE.
  • Develop scope documentation that will be actioned by the COE on behalf of the EU and US marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product commercialization.

Brand Positioning:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all COE developed touchpoints.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture with the COE and the EU and US marketing teams


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional COE environment.
  • Previously must have handled a team
