Senior Brand Manager, Center of Excellence (Pharmaceutical Industry)



About the Role

:As a Senior Brand Manager within our Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our pharmaceutical brands being commercialized in the EU and US. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative brand strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audiences



Key Responsibilitie

s:Brand Strategy Developmen

  • t:Develop and implement comprehensive brand tactics in partnership with Marketers in the EU and US that position our products effectively in the marketplac
  • e.Collaborate with cross-functional COE teams to ensure brand alignment across all marketing channels to support developing and executing COE project

s.Brand Managemen

  • t:Oversee the execution of channel plans, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and promotions through the CO
  • E.Monitor brand performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize result
  • s.Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources in partnership with the EU and US marketing head

s.Product Launche

  • s:Lead the development and execution of successful product launch assets through the CO
  • E.Develop scope documentation that will be actioned by the COE on behalf of the EU and US marketing team
  • s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product commercializatio

n.Brand Positionin

  • g:Ensure consistent brand messaging across all COE developed touchpoint

s.Team Leadershi

  • p:Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture with the COE and the EU and US marketing tea

Qualificatio

  • ns:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related fie
  • ld.Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical indust
  • ry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategi
  • es.Strong understanding of marketing principles and tacti
  • cs.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skil
  • ls.Excellent communication and interpersonal skil
  • ls.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional COE environme
