Key Responsibilities SEO & Organic Growth Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for on-page and off-page optimisation. Drive keyword strategies and support content with SEO insights. Monitor organic performance and adapt strategies to algorithm changes. Performance Marketing (Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads) Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Apply funnel logic, retargeting, and segmentation to maximise ROI. Run both B2C and B2B performance campaigns with clear KPIs. Analyse and report on performance, translating insights into growth strategies. Growth, Data & AI Marketing Use AI tools and automation platforms for optimisation and content variations. Spot marketing bottlenecks and resolve them with technical solutions. Interpret campaign data to make informed, growth-focused decisions. Collaboration Work closely with creative and content teams who build campaigns, adding your technical and analytical expertise. Support
