The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.- Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing for better CTR & conversions.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.- Manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI within allocated spend.- Implement remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies.- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.- Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in paid advertising.Requirements:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.- Knowledge of SEO basics, landing page optimization, and funnel tracking is a plus.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred).- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (Preferred)..
