Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist(Google Ads & Meta Ads) Location: Chennai, India Experience: 3+ years We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads . Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing for better CTR & conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools . Manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI within allocated spend. Implement remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies . Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in paid advertising. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition . Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager . Knowledge of SEO basics, landing page optimization, and funnel tracking is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred). Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (Preferred). .
