Job Title: QA Engineer – AI & AutomationLocation: Coimbatore, IndiaExperience: 5+ YearsJob Description:We are hiring a QA Engineer with experience in Automation and AI-based testing. This role involves working closely with US clients, ensuring high-quality software delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automation test scriptsImplement and use AI tools to optimize testingPerform end-to-end testing – UI, API, performance, and regressionIdentify and log bugs clearly; follow through until resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure qualityCommunicate regularly with US clients and internal stakeholdersPrepare detailed test reports and documentationRequirements:5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.Strong hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, TestNG, JIRA, etc.Exposure to or experience with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl)Good knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC processesStrong communication skills – verbal and writtenComfortable working in the 2pm - 11pm ISTMust be located in Coimbatore or willing to relocateGood to Have:Experience in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScriptAbout CompanyImprova is a technology company that combines human creativity and artificial intelligence to develop cutting-edge software solutions for business growth and digital transformation.
