Location: Coimbatore, India

Job Description:

We are hiring a QA Engineer with experience in Automation and AI-based testing. This role involves working closely with US clients, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts
- Implement and use AI tools to optimize testing
- Perform end-to-end testing – UI, API, performance, and regression
- Identify and log bugs clearly; follow through until resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality
- Communicate regularly with US clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, TestNG, JIRA, etc.
- Exposure to or experience with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl)
- Good knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Comfortable working in the 2pm - 11pm IST
- Must be located in Coimbatore or willing to relocate

Good to Have:

Experience in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript
