Senior Test Engineer

Location: Bangalore or Chennai | Experience: 10- 15 years | Notice Period: Immediate Joiner.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Finacle testing and strong expertise in Selenium. Experience with Playwright is a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of Finacle applications across various modules.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement robust automation frameworks for Finacle applications using Selenium.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and QA leads to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.- Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.- Optimize test automation for scalability and performance.- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines.- Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices in automation.- Explore and implement Playwright for modern web automation where applicable.Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG/JUnit.- Experience in Finacle application testing (any version).- Proficiency in Java/Python for automation scripting.- Familiarity with Playwright or willingness to learn and implement.- Good understanding of banking workflows, especially in Finacle modules like Core Banking, CRM, Loans, etc.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Interested candidates can share their resumes at: with below details:Total Years of Experience:Current Salary:Expected Salary:Notice Period:Current location:
