Celebrity Sourcing Manager — LOFT PR Location: Mumbai | Full-Time | 2–4 Years ExperienceAbout LOFT PR:LOFT PR is a boutique luxury communications and PR agency working with leading fashion, jewellery, lifestyle and hospitality brands. We specialize in influencer & celebrity placements, media relations, curated events, strategic brand building and end-to-end campaign execution.We are looking for a sharp, well-connected and proactive Celebrity Sourcing Manager to lead all celebrity, stylist and talent-based placements across our fashion & jewellery brands.Key Responsibilities Celebrity & Stylist Outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrity managers, stylists, talent management agencies, and showroomsPitch client brands for celebrity fittings, red carpet looks, airport looks, events, promotions and personal appearancesMaintain an active roster of stylists, talent managers, and celebrity team contactsSourcing & Placement Identify relevant celebrities for each brand, collection and briefCoordinate fittings, approvals, product movement and logistics (send-outs, returns, follow-ups)Ensure smooth placement for jewellery, apparel and accessories across shoots, events, travel, festivals, and press appearancesNegotiate deliverables, budgets and usage rights where requiredCampaign & Deliverables Tracking Maintain tracking sheets for all celebrity placements, mentions, sightings, credits and media pickupsCoordinate with the internal PR & influencer team to ensure alignment with brand calendarsShare weekly status reports with clients and internal teamsRelationship Management Be the key point of contact for all celebrity & stylist queriesBuild long-term goodwill through seamless coordination, professional communication and timely follow-upsAttend fittings, shoots and events (as needed) to represent client brandsStrategy & Research Research upcoming movies, events, shows, celebrity travel plans, wedding seasons and press toursRecommend relevant opportunities to clients based on market trendsAssist the strategy team with creating decks for placements & styling opportunitiesRequirements 2–4 years of experience in celebrity sourcing, styling assistance, talent management or fashion PRStrong network within the Mumbai/Bollywood stylist & talent ecosystemExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsHighly organised, detail-oriented and proactiveAbility to manage multiple brands and tight timelinesPassion for fashion, jewellery and celebrity cultureComfortable with WhatsApp-heavy coordination + travel for fittings/events when requiredWhat We Offer Work across top-tier fashion & jewellery brandsExposure to stylists, celebrities, fashion events and press opportunitiesCreative freedom + direct ownership of placementsYoung, dynamic, fast-growing agency environment
