Overview

As a Senior Content Writer at Appscrip, you will drive the content strategy for our software solutions and SaaS products. Your role involves creating engaging, SEO-optimized content that highlights product benefits, drives organic growth, and strengthens our brand voice. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to craft stories that resonate with our target audiences and position Appscrip as a thought leader in the software industry.

What You’ll Do:

- Write and edit high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences, including blogs, case studies, white papers, emails, and website copy.

- Craft engaging narratives around our custom software solutions, pre-built software products, and SaaS offerings to captivate and inform readers.

- Develop content that highlights the unique value of our software by showcasing real-world applications, client success stories, and upgrade pathways.

- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure content aligns with product benefits and overall business objectives.

- Strategize and execute a content calendar that balances SEO optimization with compelling storytelling, targeting key audience segments effectively.

- Leverage tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Surfer SEO (added advantage) to perform keyword research, optimize content, and track performance.

- Continuously analyze content metrics to refine strategies, boost organic traffic, and improve engagement rates.

- Stay on top of SEO trends, industry updates, and competitor content strategies to keep our messaging fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Who You Are

SaaS and B2B Content Expertise: At least 3-5 years of experience in SaaS content writing, with a strong ability to create product-led storytelling across various content formats.

SEO Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page optimization, and familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Surfer SEO.

Storyteller and Strategist: Skilled in turning complex technical concepts into relatable, audience-focused content that drives engagement and supports business goals.

Analytical and Data-Driven: Able to leverage data insights from tools like Google Analytics to measure content performance and implement improvements.

Collaborative: Adept at working across teams, especially product and design, to align messaging and visuals with content objectives.

Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and a basic understanding of tools like HubSpot is a plus.
